    How long is delivery?

    We ship within 1-2 business days, items usually arrive within 1-2 business days thereafter.

    My item is damaged, what should I do?
    While we ensure that our packaging is top notch when it leaves us, we cannot be held responsible for any damages/cracks which can sometimes occur during shipment. If there is an issue with your product, please get in touch with us as soon as possible and we will be sure to rectify this where possible.
    Do you take custom requests?
    We do not take custom requests unfortunately. We aim to offer a variety of scents/shapes and we are always aiming to broaden this and offer a wider scale to suit all customers.
    Are you products safe to use whilst pregnant?
    Whilst all of our products are made from the friendliest ingredients, we would always advise you to seek medical advice before use if you have any concerns, to ensure the ingredients are safe for you and your baby.
    Do you accept refunds?
    If your item is damaged, we kindly ask that you return the item/s to us, where we will review them and process a refund where applicable.
    Do you ship internationally?
    Unfortunately we do not ship outside of the U.K, although this is something which we hope to offer in the near future.
